3. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least the legal age (as per your jurisdiction) to enter into binding agreements. If you act on behalf of another person, you confirm you have proper authorization.

4. Appointments & Cancellation

You agree to provide accurate information when booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us in advance (e.g. 24-48 hours)

Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment time or rescheduling.

The clinic reserves the right to cancel or postpone procedures for medical, safety, or operational reasons.

5. Medical Disclaimer & Informed Consent

All medical, aesthetic, and surgical procedures carry risks. Results may vary.

You agree to fully disclose your medical history, medications, allergies, and conditions.

You must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions given by our clinicians.

You consent to such tests, photography, or assessments as required.

The clinic, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for outcomes arising from noncompliance or undisclosed conditions.

6. Payment & Fees

All fees for consultations, treatments, procedures, tests, and products must be paid according to the terms at time of service or beforehand.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional charges.

In case of refund eligibility, refunds (if any) will be processed according to our policies and applicable local laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, trademarks, and materials on our website are owned or licensed by the Clinic.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or commercialize any content without written permission.

8. Website Use & Restrictions

You agree not to use the website or services in a manner that is unlawful, harmful, or interferes with others’ use.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.

Content you submit (e.g. reviews, feedback) must not infringe third-party rights or laws.
